ONE Burleigh Headland – SOLD OUT!

By Angela Brackenridge

New Burleigh Heads development ONEBurleigh Headland has sold out with Gold Coasters the biggest group of buyers.

Marketed by Scott Wagner, the combination of a rare location and north-facing ocean views in a boutique, luxury project resulted in the development selling out months ahead of its expected completion date in January 2018.

A majority of local buyers — some living as close as 100m away from the new site — recognised the value of the development. It is the first time in nearly 30 years that brand new apartments are being built on the headland.

Velocity Property Group managing director Brendon Ansell said all of the buyers were owner-occupiers.

“The ONE Burleigh Headland residents will value this address for its balance between the privacy created by being surrounded by the natural greenery of the national park and its closeness to the lifestyle, restaurants and amenities of Burleigh,” Mr Ansell said.

“At ONE Burleigh Headland we have taken considerable time and investment in our design to complement the environment rather than take away from it, which will result in residents almost being hidden in the hillside where they can get sanctuary and quiet and not be exposed to the many people on the beach in front of them.”
